We're so excited to launch **Mourne Stars Academy** this September – a brand new programme for our older pupils who are ready to take the next step.

Over the years, we've watched so many talented young performers grow in confidence, creativity and leadership. Now it's time to help the next generation become the drama facilitators and teachers of the future.

**What you'll receive:**
• Weekly Academy sessions every **Friday at 4.30pm** in Newcastle.
• Support to work towards your **Grade 8** qualification with Clare *(if you already hold Grade 8, you'll begin working towards the Teaching Diploma instead).*
• Professional training in how to plan and facilitate engaging drama classes.
• Practical leadership skills and classroom management techniques.
• Work experience opportunities assisting within Mourne Stars classes.
• Mentoring from experienced drama practitioners.

**Entry requirements:**
✔️ A minimum of **Grade 6** in Speech & Drama, Acting, Musical Theatre, Reading, Public Speaking or another recognised performing arts discipline.
✔️ A commitment to working towards **Grade 8** as part of the Academy.
✔️ A commitment to working towards the **New Era Academy Teaching Certificate and/or Teaching Diploma**.

⭐ **Please note:** This is an **exclusive Academy** with very limited places available. As the programme is highly practical and includes extensive training and mentoring, we can only accept a small number of pupils each year.

We can't wait to welcome our very first Academy cohort! ✨
